The Day Edit

An intensive design day.

We created our Day Edit for clients who want to be more involved in the process, and want a quick turnaround, but are struggling to pull their ideas together and are nervous to make mistakes. You’ll finish with a comprehensive detailed design plan for a single room that you can confidently implement on your own as your schedule and budget allows.

Our Process:

Step 1: Homework

We believe communication is the key to good design! Before your session, you’ll send us photos/video/measurements of your space, and any questions you have as we prepare to hone in on your goals, priorities, challenges, and style so we can dive right in during your session. You’ll also share with us any Pinterest boards you’ve created, Instagram accounts you love and designer spaces you admire so we can get a good sense of the type of style you are aiming to achieve in your home.  

Step 2: Design Session

At the beginning of the Day Edit, you’ll speak to Michelle and Katie, either virtually or in person in your home, to give them more details about the problems you need help solving. During this timeframe you can also let them know if you have furnishings that you already own that you would like to incorporate into the final design.  The remaining hours of that day our design team will come up with a comprehensive and detailed design presentation that you can confidently implement on your own as your schedule and budget allows. 

Step 3: Your Design Plan

After your session, you’ll receive a design presentation that includes a color scheme for your space, layout options, and a general feel/style for the space as well as example furnishings that will coordinate with the overall design. Our design team will then walk you through this presentation over the phone so you can ask questions and understand the reasons behind the designers choices. The design board will be emailed to you so that you have all the information needed to implement your personalized design whenever your budget/timeline permits.

You will be able to confidently put your room together without making any costly mistakes. 

The Day Edit is $2,000/per room
